You can also send an email along with the photograph to connect with our shipping team as soon as possible.
Refund Procedure
Once your complaint is registered, our shipping team will review the issue and resolve it within 12 working hours. The confirmation for the refund will be sent to the email address you provided. The refund is done for the exact amount in your bank account.
NoteWe will be reshipping the order to the same address you provided or a new address you want to add. We provide a tracking number for your reshipped package.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placement once it is not dispatched from our warehouse.
